Lawn Care
Reccurring weekly or bi-weekly lawn maintenance services such as: mowing, trimming, hand pulling weeds from flower beds, edging, air sweeping, hauling away grass clippings, picking up garbage & debris around property, etc.
Spring/Fall Clean-Up
Seasonal clean-up includes: blowing or raking leaves from the lawn and landscape beds, cleaning leaves and debris from corners where they have collected, picking up any sticks or debris from the lawn, finished with standard mowing and bagging.
Landscaping
Altering the existing design, adding weeding and mulching landscape beds, planting shrubs, flowers and trees, trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs, removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees (up to 10ft.), etc.
Irrigation System
Automated Irrigation System for all sodded/seeded areas and drip system for all shrubs/flower beds, etc.
Irrigation Start-Up
Getting your system started for the season - Our tech will turn on the water supply for your system, then run a system proficiency check to ensure that each zone is operating correctly. He will then diagnose inefficiencies or issues with your system and make the required repairs to be sure your system is running smoothly and successfully.
Irrigation Winterization
Irrigation systems need to be protected during North Dakota winters from freezing and cracking - Our tech will drain all water from the pipes, valves and sprinkler heads by "blowing out" all water with an air compressor. *Unless you are experienced, do not try to execute the “blow out” method on your own, as too much air pressure can seriously damage your system. *PLEASE BE SURE TO TURN OFF THE WATER SUPPLY IN ADVANCE. THIS SERVICE IS TO BE DONE BEFORE FREEZING TEMPERATURES.
Hardscaping
Altering the existing design, adding paver features, retaining walls, outside kitchens, outside fire pits and any other work containing pavers.
Water Feature
Cascading water features tumbling gently over boulders or hardscapes before ending in a small pond. A water feature offers a composed garden setting. (These features also require it to be winterized at the end of each season).
Snow Removal
Snow Removal is strictly for commercial properties. We have set rates per equipment, per person. Ask for a copy of our price sheet (our price sheet is available from September - February).
Hydroseeding
Hydroseeding is a planting process that uses a slurry of seed and mulch. It is often used for erosion control on construction sites as an alternative to sod.
